Portfolio Business Development, are looking for a joint venture partner or investor(s), who are interest in (15%)

return on their intitial investment, whereas their intitial investment will be return to them within 30 days of closing, and the interest will be paid within one or two years, depending on the holding period of the investment.

If the project requires or continues over two years, there will be, an "Warrant Perk" which is compoundable of the interest return.
