Do you work with programs such as Joomla and Drupal? What CMS shopping carts do you prefer to work with? What is your hourly rate or does it differ based on the project?
I am a new business owner in the United States (www.bestadvantedge.com). My main focus is marketing, however I have been getting quite a bit of work in web design and am looking to outsource that work at this time.
