Requirements: Farm Size: Multiple Farms - Over 10,000 Hectares. Location: Nigeria Carry out soil, climate and natural resources surveys to establish agricultural production potential of potential project areas. Develop financial plans to determine the production potentials and financial viability of the project areas. Prepare farm production plans as determined by the natural resources of the production area. Prepare market studies and marketing strategies for the agricultural operations. Compile feasibility studies for new projects. Compile viability studies of identified and existing agricultural projects. Implement agricultural projects based on approved viability studies and the management of the projects under the authorization of Fund Manager. Provide technical services to cover all relevant technical aspects required for successful project management regarding animal, crop and horticultural production and processing of agricultural produce Manage the financial services of the farm/project regarding day-to-day management of projects as well as long term project planning. Develop a plan for the development of agricultural processing plants Assist to compile budgets of the project production and project management activities. Mentor on-site key farm staffs on tools available to ensure the success of projects Train on-site staffs on measuring and reporting KPI Provide technical and planning services for environmental projects.
